Click "Get Started" and select "Seller" as your account type during registration. You'll need to provide your business details, upload verification documents, and choose a subscription plan. Our team reviews applications within 2-3 business days.
Click "Get Started" and select "Buyer" as your account type. Buyer registration is free and instant. Once registered, you can browse products, add items to your cart, submit RFQs, and place orders.
We currently accept payments through Paystack, which supports bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and USSD payments. All transactions are processed securely with full encryption.
Buyers can submit RFQs specifying the product, quantity, and requirements. Verified sellers can view open RFQs and submit competitive quotes. Buyers can then compare quotes and accept the best offer, creating a direct connection with the seller.
All sellers undergo verification before listing products. Products can include certifications, quality grades, and moisture content data. Buyers can file disputes if products don't meet specifications, and our team mediates resolutions.
Navigate to the order in question from your buyer dashboard and click "File Dispute." Provide the reason, priority, and a detailed description. Our team reviews disputes within 7 business days and works with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
We offer tiered subscription plans starting with a free Starter plan for new sellers. Premium plans unlock additional features like bulk product imports, priority listing, and advanced analytics. Visit the seller subscription page for current pricing.
Sellers are responsible for shipping orders using their preferred logistics partners. Order tracking is available through the platform. We support common incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) to clarify shipping responsibilities between buyers and sellers.
